– Incorrectly dispatched
– Not as described ( Slight variation in colour shade not considered)

– Refunds are not available for products that have been:
– Used or washed
– Altered or modified
– Returned after 14 days of delivery

2. Return product: Send the product back to us in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
3. Inspection: We’ll inspect the product and verify the issue.

– Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
– We’ll notify you once the refund has been processed.

Exchange Policy

Shipping Costs

– Return shipping costs are borne by customers at the moment.
– We’ll cover shipping costs for replacement products.
